Just discovered that ILD Teleservices has been billing my Frontier account $12.95 per month (6 months) "regarding technical support" for ITech PC. ILD knows that ITech PC is a scam out of Africa.
Call your Frontier customer service 800 number and have them place a block on your phone bill for any 3rd party charges.

Hello,
After reading about your experience, I would like to investigate your case and track the charge back to its original source to determine an appropriate course of action and to ensure that your charges have been removed and you are not charged in the future.
As a bit of background, ILD provides a Bill to Phone service to merchants (service providers) that allows them to offer customers the option of charging products and services directly to their phone bill, without having to disclose credit card information. We take every complaint seriously and want to ensure that merchants using ILD do not engage in processing unauthorized transactions to any consumer telephone bill. We view our role as a first line of defense and as such, in instances of disputes by consumers, ILD will open investigations directly with the merchants originating those charges.

Really??? When I called your company (ILD) about the charges, your employees were very rude. Insisting repeatedly that I/We signed up at the ITech PC website. Never happened.
Seems that all the companies you bill for, are cramming and scamming. -

- I’d like to assure you that ILD strongly condemns and does not participate in “cramming” which is the practice of placing unauthorized or misleading charges on a telephone bill. We process over 120 million transactions each year for buyers and merchants – that’s over a half of a billion dollars in purchases, and only a small fraction result in disputes and chargebacks, just like with credit cards. When there are disputes, ILD investigates these with its merchants and makes sure that credits are applied back to the phone bill, just like credit card company standards. ILD continually monitors complaint levels against the merchant who the bills through us, and if we find a merchant in violation of our policies, we have and will terminate their billing agreement.
