My wife works for a large multi-national nursing home group. She received the same fax other complainants did. It is deceptively designed to make it appear its coming from your own company's HR department.

We called the number and were told by the rep answering the call "that package is sold out but let me check to make sure. I checked and my supervisor said there is one package left but you'll have to book it right now or it will be gone." My wife declined.

A month later she received another fax from the same "HR department" this time listing Cabo San Lucas as a destination. We decided to try this. I called and was given the same "its sold out routine but there is one package left" and booked the package. My sales rep Mark, (extension 307) told me Visa declined the charge and that I would have to voice verify the charge on a recorded line for it to go thru which I did.

They promised that the company would send out a packet of materials to arrange dates of travel etc. It never arrived. I made numerous calls and was told my rep was not available, just left the floor, or was busy or to call back in an hour. Sometimes they just hung up. My emails to the company at [email protected] also went unanswered. When looking at my “sales floor receipt” they emailed to me, I should have caught the Hotelbilling @ gmail.com. No reputable company is going to set up a business with a free gmail account.

With this I contacted Capitol One Visa and put the transaction in dispute. I also cancelled the credit cards and had them re-issued. That is where this complaint stands now. I also have filed a complaint with Wisconsin's Consumer Protection Agency and urge others to file in their states also.
