A man posing as a legitamate individual on a dating service provided a copy of his passport from Germany and advised he needed assistance on his job to finish his project of building an oil rig in Philippines after weeks of speaking with him on email and the phone. Has now asked for more money and provided documentation from his "job" that he is being taxed to get his final payment of $400,000 so he can come back home to the US. Sd he got is green card from his wife who was killed in Katrina when they lived in New Orleans. Can provide the documentation he has provided me. Also contacted the German Consulate and sent the the German Passport he is using. He of course now needs more money.

- I believe I have been talking to the same person. The name is Frederic Mancone, German, has two children, John and Tracy and he is an engineer working on a oil rig in the Philippines. I have lost thousands. He now claims to be in the US held by imigrations waiting for paperwork from the Philippines. Have documentation regarding $400K, Medical Clearance, Flight information and several picture of him and family. He is a scammer - reported to FBI,Secret Service, IC3 and Attorney General.
