Ordered dvd box set of little house on the prairie for a friend, the money was taken out on the 10/07/2012. Which equated to $125. Have not received anything from them, no phone call, or any emails!!!
Have tried on numerus occasions to get in touch with them.(www.tvdvdboxset.co.uk) With no avail.
Can you please help try and retrieve the money that i have lost, and i think others as well have also lost money!!

- Same deal here...I also ordered a dvd box set of touched by an angel for a birthday present. The money was taken out on 19/07/12 ($125.00). . I contacted them through Kangaroo DVD after a 6 weeks wait and received an email stating that the parcel had been held up in customs but should be delivered within the week. Its now been another 3 weeks and nothing heard. Although ordered through kangaroodvd.com my bank statement shows the money was withdrawn by CW marketing.I have emailed them again but as yet have had no response.

- I had the same problem i Ordered Bonansa on the 31/7/2012 Still havent received anything, they keep making up excuses (its been held up/we're sending out another order etc) im contacting my lawyer later today, I told kangaroo dvd i want my money back and if i dont, i will be taking it further. My advice is dont buy anything from them, they also tried 2 take out $170 from my account 3 times. Im so glad my bank stopped them.
