Yet again, a claim following the routine pattern. This time a Mr Michael Zu, claiming to be Business Relations Manager for the Chiyu Banking Corporation, acting in conjunction with the Dalian Bank, and offering to split $17.5m.
It is surprising that neither of these Organisations appear to be worried about all of this.
