The advertisement stated free trial and just pay shipping and handling. The problem is, is that they dont tell you it is 14 day trial and then you are billed for the complete bottle. I was charged on 8/10/11 and again on 8/24/11. I am trying to cancel the product but the phone number on my bank statement for colothin is no longer in service.
