I was sent the offer from a friend for a $10 Subway gift card for $5. I had ordered a few other gift cards from them - got them but had trouble using them at CVS - but the manager still gave me the discount since I was spending so much money - said he was not aware of the company or the offer. I was blessed he worked with me. However, I did not ever receive my gift card. We were told a few weeks for delivery. My friend got hers after Christmas - it was supposed to be a stocking stuffer. We both ordered the same day. The subway card for my friend also had problems with it working at the location but the manager there typed in something and all was good. I to this day did not receive it. For the few days/weeks following I had many conversations where they told me mine was sent. Then I was told that they had problems with orders sent out the one day that mine was sent and they were working on tracking and resending out that days order. After over a month - I was told they would check into it and get back to me that it should have been sent out the second time. Then after another month they said they had resolved that order and I still claimed I did not get it. Every time since then that I have logged into the site they were closed for conversation or the phones were down. Then the last few months the site has been down. I thought it was me since I was having computer problems at that time, but it obviously was they closed. As with many others I know it is only $5 but you get that amount of money from thousands of people and it really adds up. I still want my money back. I used my bank card/visa and since I no longer bank there - they will not work with me either due to the amount of time that has passed. I feel cheated and robbed.
