Top Ten Signs To Look for when booking with world wide American travel (If that's the real name of the company)

I was planning my wedding in Vegas and my soon to be in-laws shared the information for a 3 day two night trip to Vegas for $150 pp. Several people called and asked was this legit and we were told by my in-laws that she works for the federal government and several people in the office had used the service to go on trips so no worries (NOT!!!!)So several family members called asked loads of questions about the money and why did they need our checking accounts rather than a credit card(first sign). When checking our checking accounts the company name listed on the check is Unleashed Services (second sign). When the first set of family members received their emails they Googled (totally different name than one given over the phone) the company and low and behold it doesn't exist (third sign). Then the certified letter/brochure arrived and it was a totally different company listed again (Astro Travel)(fourth sign)and the vouchers were supposed to received weren't in the packaged(fifth sign). So the first family member called and begin the process to book her trip and she was told she would have to go through several stages during the booking process and have to pay additional fees beyond the $50pp for booking fees and $69 for each additional night)as well (sixth sign). She told them to hold on while she contacted the original guy (Eric) who sold her the trip. They told her that's fine and in so many words that she would not get her money back.(seventh sign). After her phone call several other family members, myself included begin calling the company to speak with Eric (as he was the person we all dealt with when booking the trip) we were given numerous excesses (he was away from his desk, call back in 45 minutes, he was in a meeting, he didn't work there anymore, she didn't know who that was, etc..(eight sign). So I decided I would call and just inquire about a trip in general to see if I could reach a person rather than remain on hold for 30 minutes (she answered the phone reservations)(ninth sign). No such luck. I was still placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone (tenth sign). So we are now going to Vegas alone and have lost several thousands of dollars on reception space, limos and a chapel. Needless to say we are having to refund our family and friends members for their lost. Thanks a lot world wild travel for turning the best day of my life into a get out of debt party!!!!
