On Saturday July 14th an offer to clean my PC came up and since my PC is older, it looked like something I could use. I ordered it and paid $39.99 thru my PayPal account. Instead of giving me a "key" to open the program, I got a message I should call a number. Since I'm very hard of hearing, I called from the speakerphone at the Christian radio station I work at. It was still hard to understand the persons accent, and after I told the woman about my hearing problems, she said they would e-mail me a "Key" within 48 hours. To date, nothing has showed up. When my credit card statement, it says they charged this to my Visa Card on Monday 7-16-2012. I googled "SafeCart" and found that many others have been scammed also.

If you are so interested in helping people who paid you money for your product why can't you just e-mail them with the unlock number
