Got a letter today (Payment Pending Memorandum) From Financial Acquisition Agency Stating $2342000.00 pending cash disbursal awaiting claim and Payment. They want a $20 payment in order to send your money. The signature is impossible to read, and there is no phone number. I laughed when I got this, knowing it was a scam, but then thought of others that may not realize. PLEASE do NOT send them $20! It is a scam! Not only that, if you send them a check, they have free reign to your checking information! Can someone not stop this?
