I purchased my business domain from this company, valid until 2016. Then the DOMAIN went down, unusable. The company will not fix or address the issue.
It has been over one month now, and all they will parrot is: YOUR COMPLAINT IS BEING FORWARDED TO BILLING FOR URGENT TREATMENT.
Then nothing happens.
One month later, 15 fruitless chat sessions and 8 support tickets later, my business is floundering offline, and this company does nothing.
