Hotwire puts false advertisement on their website to mislead customer. I want to book a hotel near Boston Airport for one night stay. Based on my search, one hotel is listed as near Boston airport. After I booked it, I found out the Hotel is 20 miles away from the airport. I complained to the customer service regarding the false advertisement and request a refund or booking to another hotel. But, I was told that it is not possible. Bad customer service and misleading advertisement. I would never use hotwire again.
