My mobile had run out of credit,so I put £20.00 on my card.By the time I got home ten minutes later it was down to £6.00 with a load of texts from 60699 Play'n Win Prize Club.I did not sign up to this number.My phone supplier told me it was Zingtones.I don't know how to claim my money back.I have tried to phone but cannot get through.
