Poor job resurfacing pool deck. Hired for job October 2011, problems began before final payment. We were told warranty would take care of the problems. An attempt was made to repair issues in Feburary of 2012, the color that was used in the repair does not match, and you can see all the places that were repaired. The areas that were "floated" have been lifting since March, paint,stain is lifting in areas that apparently were not prepped correctly. The company has tried one attempt to repair, and we were told the repair will cost him $1880.00. The company bills itself as crack repair experts, but since he accepted the job for $2100.00 instead of the propossed origanal $2900.00 (his problem) we were told "saw cuts" would be an extra charge. All my wife and i want is what we were promised, and paid them to do. The warranty expires in October of 2012, and he refuses to come back and make this right.

This was a total Pool deck renovation for $2,100.00 with three (3) uneven concrete surfaces that needed base coat leveling, a concrete spray texture coating, a primer color coating, a color stain sealer coating, and a concrete clear sealer coating. Our records will show that we had three (3) individual service calls that accumulated over an additional $3,000.00 in expenses of labor to our company that was never charged back to the customer. Our contract clearly indicates if you ordered saw cutting that it will automatically be an additional charge and Rick wanted this additional service FREE plus to repair the deck back to its original condition again after the saw cuts have been made which requires the entire surface to be renovated again. If you were unsatisfied before the job was completed why would the final payment of completion be made? Customer complained to every agency that would listen and all were investigated and unfounded on his behalf. Our company maintains an A+ Rating with the BBB. -

- This company came back only once to do any additional work, which consisted of caulking some cracks, and applying a different color to the repair area(the color which they left us if needed)The lifting concrete was never addressed(which his company applied). No wonder the BBB rating is good, nobody should have to jump through this many hoops to get satisfaction. If you have any doubt, come see this "expert job" for yourself, we've been trying to get a resolution since January of 2012. He hopes this will go on long enough that i'll finally give up. Again, feel free to come by and see for yourself, and see which one of us is telling the real truth.
