this company called me reg. my credit card saying they bought the account and i owed them 2,400 thats including interest, i told them i dont remember this credit card and if they can send me the bill, but they continue to harass me and very persistent for me to start paying and threatened me that they will garnish my wages , so by faith i made a payment arrangement of 100.00 dollars every 15th of the month, wich they had been taking out from my bank account,they told me that they will email me all the information about the credit card, so i had been intouch with them and keep telling them about the information that i havent recieved, i trusted the manager his name is mr.tate,the last transaction that i had with them was in may 15,2012, recently i had been trying to call the number that i had,but its always busy, ineed help to find out if this company realy applied my payments
to the credit card that i have been paying or they just took my money, so far i cant get a hold of this company. and i made a stop payment,pls help me to find out what is this company,i need to know if this a scam,and if this company is still operating, i need to get my money back,or file a lawsuit.
