Six years ago we attended a time share come on. We were told we could rent condo and chalets all over the world and the price was told. When we attempted to use it we could not until the member card came a month later. When it arrived the rates , dates, places and all were lies. I attempted to cancel with certified letters for months with no success. Got the Better business bureau involved and finally six months later were told it was canceled. Little did I know they put a foreclosure on us and for six years have had destroyed credit due to them although we have never been late with a payment in our married lives...43 years. We had received a notice stating we owed nothing..yet they went and blackballed our credit.
