Search engine took me to passports online, and the form was a passport application form. I had no idea it was only an expediting service. After I had paid by Visa, I read the word expediting service and twenty four hours to cancel. I called them immediately to cancel and was told it would take seven to ten days to refund $79.00, and that $50.00 was for shipping and handling, not refundable. I thereby said I would stop payment at the bank, and she said it was too late, that in the five minutes it took to call them they had took the $129.00 out of my bank. I believe that this is deliberately false advertising. Just skirting outright theft. Florida should be ashamed of such businesses or pretend businesses operating out of your state. I would like my $129.00 back. I am a dialysis patient and sorely in need of all the money I get.
