This Company and Products are a scam. No results from this pills what so ever and no money back either. I kept calling their customer service and calls where answered and lots of promises but no "MONEY BACK" Warranty. Stay away from these scammers., Would not recoment this product to no one.

    In response to your complaint, New Vitality followed our standard policy and procedure as outlined below:

    You (Mr. Tello) placed an online order for 3 bottles of our supplement Ageless Male® on March 19, 2012 on our website. The total for the order was $88.89 which comprised of $79.90 for the product and $8.99 for shipping and handling. You paid with a check over the phone. Normally electronic check orders take longer to get processed as compared to the orders paid with Credit/Debit Cards. Your order was processed and shipped on April 12, 2012. The package was delivered on April 17, 2012.

    Per your call with our Customer Service Representative on April 5, 2012, he complained about the delay in processing his order and as a courtesy we refunded you, your shipping and handling charge of $8.99. The money was refunded electronic to your Chase Bank account ending in 4693 on April 6, 2012. The reference number for the refund is 73798419.

    All our packages have an invoice included in them explaining the proper return procedures. We have a 30 day return policy starting from the date of delivery. We do advise our customers to purchase postage as New Vitality is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and to avoid being charged the re-stocking fee. There is no guarantee on if and when the package sent back as refused or return to sender will arrive. In case the package is returned to us as Refused or Return to Sender a restocking fee of $3 would be assessed in addition to the shipping and handling. All other shipments have passed the return guidelines stated above.

  • Per your call with our Customer Service Representative on May 15, 2012, you wanted to return the product for a refund and were advised since you were close to the above stated return guidelines as an extended courtesy we will allow you to return the product for a refund. However, the package must be received by May 22, 2012. We received the product back and a refund was processed for you in the amount of $79.90 on June 8, 2012. The amount was electronically refunded to your Chase Bank account ending in 4693. The reference number for the refund is 09676307.

    There is no further refund that needs to be issued. You now have to follow-up with your bank.
