They just called and said I had problems with my computer, I fell for it and feel ashamed. They remotely took control of my computer and messed around removing stuff then they pressured me to purchase the 1 year license, which I did. I should of did my research first.

- cancel your credit card now. They will continue to harass you for more money and tell you that the payment didn't go through. It's seems to be a global problem, ask your bank if there is anything they can do to reverse the transaction. Next time they call tell them you don't have a laptop and hang up. Unfortunately I still continue to get phone calls everyday but it helps to have an answer phone.
