Ordered 3 bottles of Pure Green Coffee on August 5, 2012 after believing that this was the product endorsed by the Dr. Oz show. This company just used the Dr. Oz video and attached their advertisement for "Green Coffee Bean extract."

The bottles arrived today, August 8, 2012, however there was no invoice or method in which to contact the supplier. The manufacturer is not listed on the bottle only the statement manufactured for "Quest Laboratories." I tried to access the Quest Laboratories website listed on the bottle and it's bogus. After reading all of the complaints filed against Pure Green Coffee, I will be returning this product and filing a dispute with my credit card company.

PS. As an f.y.i., according to an email response that I received from Pure Green Coffee, you must have a "return merchandise authorization number" in order to return the unopened product within 30 days of receipt in order to get a refund. I did get this return number after sending several emails regarding my intent to return the product. I forwarded my emails to the web address that sent my order confirmation notice.

Update: 09/05/2012

I received a full refund of $98.00. Please see the comments that I posted under my original complaint for complete information on how to return your unopened product for a refund.

  • Great News! I received a full refund of $98.00. You must receive a "return merchandise authorization number," "RMA" before returning your "unopened" product. I got that number by emailing the web address listed on my order confirmation email; [email protected]. I notified them via email that I wanted to return my unopened product. I was instructed to return the "unopened" product via USPS, FedEX or UPS and to be sure that I had a tracking number for reference. I returned the product via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. After a week went by, I contacted the Customer Care Team at (800)446-8342 (I got this number during one of our email conversations) to inquire as to when my refund would be processed. I had to provide the tracking number to the operator who verified that the product had been received and I was told that my refund would be processed with 5-7 days. It took 3 days for my refund to appear on my credit card. Bottom line, this company will refund your money but you must jump through a few hoops to make it happen!

  • I got this same product and thought the same thing. But, all the companies are using Dr. oz as part of their selling tactics.....I have been taking these EXACT same pills from Quest lab for 3 weeks and I have lost 14 pounds to date. Don't give up on these.....and i can still get my money back if i want to after 30 days. I got a number and invoice when these were sent to me.....
