Sent and charged for shoes I do not order. They used my charge card fraudulently and basically said if you don't like it go join Just Fab! Yes they did not even attempt dispute that it was fraudulent and would not offer any resolution (such as exchange which would benefit both parties).
Additionally, if the shoes don't fit, you are only allowed to return or exchange a small handful of shoes offered on the site, contrary to what they claim on commercials.
