Was looking for house or duplex to rent and found this house and emailed to find out more about this house, received a reply later stating that they are in another country and were with USAID and would send me info on the house after i filled out form and the house was for rent for up to 8 years and that they would be out of the country and the rent was $700 with utilities. As i was continuing to look for places to rent i saw the same house at the same address for $995 through someone else.
