Last October, 2011, we spent over $2000 with Magic Micro Computers for a gaming computer for our teenage son. What a disaster the Magic Micro computer has become.

Early on we started having problems. After attempts to troubleshoot via the phone with Ed Kutcha (who appears to be the only tech they have?!?!?), we had to send it back to Magic Micro. Ed had it for several weeks and then sent it back. We had it for a day or two and it went right back to giving us problems – screen going black or freezing up and eventually not working.

We called Magic Micro and spoke to a supposed supervisor named “Max” who was rude and arrogant. When asked the name of the owner of Magic Micro – Max said “John.” When asked John’s last name, Max said “…he doesn’t have one.” We have never experienced such nasty, childish and disrespectful behavior from a supervisor at a company that has the nerve to sell its products via the internet and then provides a crappy product with even crappier customer service.

Max implied that it was our son’s fault the computer isn’t working and basically said “too bad…you are passed the warranty…we will try and fix it…no refund.” Well, obviously they cannot fix it.

We have sent the computer back again and again the company has had the computer for several weeks – as a matter of fact, since LATE JUNE!!! Unreal!

We would appreciate your assistance in getting us a full refund for the computer and reimbursement for postage we spent to ship the first time – we do not want another computer from this company. We do not trust them.
