I ordered two lots of 4200 xbox points from online gold http://uk.online-gold.de, they then told me I need to send them my passport photo to get my points, I told them I don't own a passport and asked for a refund, they are yet to refund me, they told me they have but they have not.
BEWARE they are a scam company - do not buy form them.

- I bought a 12mo Xbox Live Gold download using Paypal. The tranaction completed but they want a landline number associated with Paypal to call me to verify. I am travellign for a few weeks so said they could call me on my current location. Instead they emailed they are calling my Paypal landline and no answer! I said forget it and please reverse the Paypal transaction. No reply as yet - been a couple of days. I don't understand why they need furtehr verification on a Paypal transcation - this has never been an issue for me before. Kind of defeats the purpose of Paypal - quick, easy and secure!
