We purchased tickets from wantickets.com, they cancelled the event but refused to provide a refund.

We bought tickets for Calvin Harris event for our honeymoon in Las Vegas on 9/1/2012.

Wantickets informed us:

"Our dates of 9/1 and 9/2 for Calvin Harris and Afrojack have been switched to better accommodate the artists schedules. Afrojack and Sidney Samson will be performing on Saturday night and Calvin Harris will be performing Sunday night. We apologize for any inconvenience and can easily change your ticket or refund minus the service charge."

Therefore, we have to pay for the 'service' of not providing tickets to events that have been cancelled. We have given fair notice, almost a month in advance, tried several written communications, but still Wantickets.com refuse to provide the full refund for tickets we have not received and an event which no longer exists.

I therefore warn other customers to be careful buying tickets from Wantickets.com as if the event is cancelled for any reason at all you will have to pay money and get nothing in return.
