I had bought 2 mini cupcake makers from Outlet.com.sg on 1 June 2012. Upon payment, an email was sent that stated a redemption email for collection will be sent, about 2-4 weeks later. After about 4 weeks, there was still no news from them. I tried calling all its hotline numbers, but to no avail. Eventually, I sent an email asking when the goods will arrive. This was on 5 July 2012.

A reply email from them came a day later, citing issues with its vendor and a link to its redemption schedule was given to me for reference. It was stated on the schedule that 17 Aug will be the next date for collection for the mini cupcake makers.

However, I tried accessing the website on 7 Aug, only to find everything has been erased. I will be bringing this up to CASE.
