I had been on the website to purchase a trial offer for a weight loss program of £4.99 on the 19/07/2012 for which they took my debit card details. On 23/07/2012 they took a payment of £4.99 and then I called/emailed them to ask them why my product hasn't been shipped to me they lied to me saying the product has already been shipped and it was on it's way. On 06/08/2012 they took another payment of £119.95 from my account and when I called back for the refund they declined my request to refund but told me that they would only refund £60 instead as the product was already shipped by royal mail and I had to wait for it.
They gave me an invalid tracking no. and misled me to think that the company is not royal mail but DHL.
These people are scammers and I need my money back :(
