Right from the minute I pay for the service. It didn't feel right. I try to cancel right away and it wasn't possible. I send email after email try to get someone to call me but that wasn't possible.
A month after of sending email I finally get the number which it never worked. I try to get my money or someone to talk but that wasn't possible. It's very upsetting that not only we were hurt with a family member being in jail and still dealing with something like this at that same time. These people should go to jail and make their life impossible to talk to their love ones as well to see how they will react to that.
