The person I spoke to told me that my daughter
owed they over $700 dollars. I told him that
the money was paid. He told me the debt. was
6 years old. Unfortunately, my daughter lost
the M.O. receipts. But I know she paid the
balance in full. The man was very nasty, and
insisted I pay his Company $80 a month. He
insisted I give him a card #. I have since
switched banks, so the money is not there. He
kept telling me to stop making things harder
than they are. How do I get them off my back?
My daughter is a single mother, not working and going to school. She and my granddaughter
live with me. What can I do ??? I am besides
myself with worry. Is it legal what he is
doing to me?
