I ordered 1 set of these hose nozels. Advertised on TV for $10 plus $7.95 shipping but you could get a "bonus set" for just the added shipping charge of $7.95. So should have come out to $25.90. When I got the product in the mail - there was not packing slip, invoice, nothing just the product. Seemed odd. I checked my bank statement and found a charge for $71.80. My bank provided the phone number of the charging company so I called and was told that we had ordered the "delux" version which was an addition $10. There is no delux version advertised and I asked what is the delux version, and the CS rep said its made of better plastic and has a lifetime guarantee. The other version only has a 30 day guarantee. of course we knew nothing of this as no warranty was provided with the product. I asked why I was charged $71.80 and the rep said because I ordered 2 delux sets. I told him I did not order 2 sets. He then checked his "records" and advised that there was a problem with the sencond set and it shows as not being delivered and he would be happy to refund my $35.90.How many others is this company doing this to? Had I not reviewed my statement I would never have noticed the large charge. Beware of Snap 2 O!
