I recieved a pre approved form in the mail for a credit card displaying my Union 101 Operating Engineers on the card. I did online approval application and was told Congratulations You have been approved. I got my card in the mail shortly after that and began using it. I selected a pin and went to the bank to get a cash advance to take my family on a surprise weekend getaway. It wouldnt allow me to get a cash advance, machine showed invalid pin#, so I go home call them and they said they lowered my credit limit from $5000. to $1906. and that I should have just gone in the bank to get my cash advance. They talked to me in such a demeaning way and scolded me for charging too much, they said there has been way too much activity on your card. They broke their contract, please help. I made my first payment early, but they lowered my limit before I even got my first bill. I guess the 6 month 0% interest they offered me was a scam. I paid other things knowing I had this card and 6 months zero interest and they are penalizing me without any just cause. What are my rights?
