letter stated we had won the lotto. Letter stated it was final notification. We were one of 20 names that had won from a random draw. The check was to cover the taxes because of a insurance policy they couldn't take the taxes out.1995.00 had to be paid directly to the taxing agent.You were to contact your agent before using the check. We were never able to contact the agent after multiple attempts.
