Verizon withdrew $265.00 from my banking account which was excessive but more than kept my telephone service and broadband current yet they terminated all my services leaving myself Billy R. Justus 68 years and chronically disabled with two disabled sons (mental) with no way to communicate for emergency health services or otherwise. The withdrawal caused an overdraft resulting in overdraft of account at bank and causing credit report damages and mental duress to me and my family.
Every one is afraid of the power of Verizon and no help was available. I have two cell phones but Verizon had control of airways as well. I was powerless to get any help for over a month as my twin son are disabled as well. I was terminated without cause.

- Verizon in this case left no trail other than disconnected telephone and lose of broadband services and adverse banking account at BB&T bank in Richlands, Va . Tele *276-498-4265 disconnected and Broatband service interrupted. Reassigned with Time Warner Internet service but no phone as verizon has monopoly.
