On 27/04/12, I ignorantly ordered free trial of two HCG Platinum Kick Start Protocol for 4.99GBP, and a got the other for 1.29GBP. I also ordered Nettoyer Slim (60 capsules)Trial offer 4.95GBP. I never got the second kick start product that I have paid for.
Two weeks later, my account was debited 15/05/12 by HCG Platinum for 89.95GBP, which was a shock to me. I rang both my bank and HCG Platinum, I demanded they should cancel all transsaction and my account to be recredited, because they nver diliver any product for 89.95GBP, so they temporarily did.
Two months went by, they demand a resolution, which I still dispute of, but persistently they have breached the rules of Trading Standards and consumers right.Eventually they have taken the money out of my account on the 31/7/12, I never receive whatever they are charging me for. Where is the bragging product for 89.95GBP they have charged me for? If they are happy, I am not! I do not need it now, its overdue for over 2 months. What a reap-off!
