i saved all the e mails that both of them sent me. what do i need todo please get back to me

On sept. 18 2012, i recieved a 2messages from Zynga Poker and congatulated me that I won a cash prize of $100,000,000 and said that i am the facebook lucky winner. Zynga gives the director contact email ID of "[email protected]" I have a contact with her on my cellphone email address and i give my direction. But i have not recieved my prizes, i try to send her a messages and asking her for my prizes, but she's not respond on my messages again. How many days can't sleep i believed on that prizes, more time i waste for believing me. It is true or not? i want to hear from you soon for that case.
