On March 26, 2012 I was told by Alex Parker of Capital Lending Advisors that they could help me refinance my house. I had emailed Alex all the info he needed. A week later I talked to David Wuest of Capital Lending Advisors and was told that it would cost me $1,500.00 for closing costs. I sent the money to Capital Lending Advisors, 9107 Wilshire Blvd #450, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. I called about a week later and talked to Ricardo A Mendieta, he said he had to talk to my lender which I gave him the number and he called a couple days later. I have a signed contract that states if they are unable to finance they would return the $1,500.00. I have sent several emails to all three of the men and have tried calling several times and get no reply. This has been going on over 2 months.
The 3 email address are - [email protected]; david@capitallending advisors.com; and [email protected]. The phone numbers are 866 757 6064 ext 301, 303, 304. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
