Re Speedmaxpc.com

I have a problem with my computer “Internet Explorer Cannot Open Internet Site”

I went to Google and found your website which said download program to fix “Internet Explorer Cannot Open Internet Site”

I did this and paid USD29.97 When the program finished its scan etc the problem with my computer remained exactly the same!

It still does “Internet Explorer Cannot Open Internet Site”

I wish to cancel my order and not purchase the program. I went to PayPal to check and find that the computer is now frozen with an hourglass whenever I try to work in a website like PayPal. I was unable to log into PayPal.

On your email I also see that I am to be charged recurring fees - I never authorized this! I want all this cancelled immediately!

I have uninstalled the Speedmax program and find my computer is locking up every time I try to work in a website! This is sabotage!

Please refund my payment immediately and cancel the reoccurring payment!
