I have talked to capitol one many times to settle and they told me if i paid 20,000 it would settle but i have paid over 18,000 and then some and they keep adding finacial fees between 200-800 dollars a month.They handed my case to a lawyer and the lawyer sent many letters of harrasments and I do have all the letters showing different amounts and they keep saying its how much I owe and I told them it is all finacial fees and they said I understand and then they would send another letter out with another amount.
