I applied for a loan through money mutual, Mass deposited money into my account without my permission, I have paid this company almost $2,000.00 for a $300.00 loan and they will not work with me to close this out. I am a single parent with two small children and I just cant afford to keep paying on this loan. I do not want to close this account from my bank then have this company come after my job for more money please help!!

  • Hi, Talk to your banker & have them change your close this account and reopen with a new number. Then you need to send a certified letter to this PDL company - cease & desist letter, copy your states Attorney General Office (on-line form is available)...tell them your story. 99% of the time these PDL companies are not authorized to loan money in your State. After they (PDL) see what you are pursuing - they will most likley leave you alone. Holy Cow - you paid way tooooo much - Good luck
