I signed up for the trial in Jan.2012 and every month since they have been taking 2 amounts out of my account for £50 and £70 approx. I have only received 6 packages by post which i have refused to collect from the post office but they then send them back to me and leave in my porch. The companies are in different names and come from europe and america. I have repeatedly gone to my bank to put a block on the payments and changed my debit card but the bank says that these companies are not a member of the scheme stop service and they cannot stop payments evev if i close my account with them they would have to notify the companies of my new bank. I Have registered the complaint with the banks fraud dept. but still they haqve not stopped these payments. I am in the process of reporting it to the ombusman.
