Palm loan advances when into my checking account and took $30.00 without my authorization. I was already at a negative balance and my bank charged me $34.00 for insufficient funds fee and another $15.00 for extended overdraft fee. Palm loan advances cost me $79.00 all together of money I did not have. I have called them every day since I realize what happened and I was first told that they would issue me a $100.00 gas card for my inconvenience. I was to wait for an email that I would receive within 24 hours. Needless to say that never happened. I called them back and told them to just issue me my $30.00 back and they said fine but it will take up to 10 or 15 business days before I can get a refund and that they would just refund me the $30.00 they took form my account. I am still waiting and I make sure I call them every single day just to let them know that I will not let this drop.
