My story is just like all the others. I placed an order for 2 pairs of Matisse Tessa sandals on 7/19/12 with riosfashionshoes.com. They were a great price and I had not been able to find them anywhere else. I paid with Pay Pal to my credit card. Received order confirmation and charge hit my credit card 7/20/12. Transaction still shows as pending on Rios website. Contacted them by e-mail 7/29/12 and have received no response. After finding the hundreds of complaints on this site I called my credit card company 7/30/12. I have full fraud protection so after 30 days if I have not received my shoes they will credit my account but it is horrible that their site is still up and running ready to scam others. I am also filing a complaint with Pay Pal to request they terminate the account with Rios Fashion Shoes. Seeing that they used Pay Pal gave me a false sense of security. I should have known better. It is just like the old saying, if it's too good to be true it probably is. I just want to know what we have to do to get them off of the internet.
