Purchase of a No!NO 8800 SilverInfomercialUS with a 45 day promise of refund if not pleased with product.
I have tried to get a return label to return item on 7/8 speaking to James ext 296. He informed me I needed to wait until the 45th day to get refund. He agreed after speaking to supervisor to send label for refund after I stated I would contact Consumer Fraud. I once again called company at 1-800-976-7010 and spoke to Williamext280 on 7/26. I have told them I would contact Consumer Fraud if I did not receive return label by today.
