Seller promised cable box would be "plug and play". The cable box they sent is not "plug and play", in fact it doesn't work at all. I purchased a reconditioned Motorola 6416 with MCard. The MCard that was supposed to be configured for the cable box did not work. An MCard from Time Warner, the cable company, did not work either. The technician said the cable box was not operational. I tried to get a refund but the only reply I received was to file a complaint with the FCC. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office. If you have been stung by the same merchant, I suggest you do the same. If there are enough complaints, maybe the attorney general will do something.
