A representative called and said I would receive information on how to lower my interest rate payments on my credit cards within 15 days and that Key One would charge me for such information. We discussed the charge which went from $995.00 to $498 and promised that I would have great savings by doing this with them. However, no info arrived in the time they promised. Eventually I received a one-page letter and a silly chart of how to get out of debt earlier. I was led to believe that the banks would actually lower the interest rate. Anyway, a total scam, of course.
