This individual claimed to have an appartment for rent in NYC for vacation. The initial agreement was to send half of the rental cost and security deposit. Second half to be paid upon arrival. Shortly after the first payment was collected, he started to ask for the remaining of the money pretending that he had made a mistake. I refused to send anything. Few days before arriving in NY he confirmed everything was fine. Once in NY he asked again for the money and never sent any code to access the building. I finally sent a note letting him know that I will find a way to report him and his partners. He never responded.
