I called Mycleanpc to get help with a error that came up on my pc.
the Tech took over my pc and did some kind of shut down on it and I was unable to get my pc back up. I called them back and the lady said that they will not help me stating that I already had my one time call.I told her that the tech shut my system down and she would not help me at all she shut me down.Well I wound up going into town and buying a new hard drive and when I asked for a partial refund back she said that I was not going to get one.I have had this product but only around 60 days or less. If anyone should ever ask me about this product,I will tell them to go and get a sledge hammer and take care of your computer on your own and save the $150.00 plus the middleman.

- The same thing happened to me two years ago. My pc got a virus and I paid them 95.00 to debug my computer. I knew it was a scam when I said "you didn't do anything" and the tech said we did what you paid for. I just gave up. Also beware of Stopzilla, another ripoff !
