This company are using a misleading method to hook buyers. The terms and conditions are placed right at the bottom of the page in tiny font in a shade of grey that can easily be missed.
To state that it is a free trial is misleading. It is not free. Firstly you have to pay postage which is where they get your debit card details. Then they set up a recurring payment method on your debit card without your knowledge.
Most UK banks are now changing their rules on these types of transaction and you can call your bank and have them block payments.
I have been caught out with this method and I found that they did not reply to four emails, two support emails sent via their own website and they never answer their telephone line.
Now they have moved to Ireland to avoid UK jurisdiction.
I suggest you contact the OFT and have these people stopped fom advertising in the UK. You should email your complaint to :-

- i took this product for the free trail out a week ago. ive now looked and i need to cancell soo they dont start taking money out? how do i stop this?

- Three of us at work also signed up for the above and soon realised it was a scam. To cancel your subscription you need to call 08447459698 they will give you the address and a returns code. Be aware that this has to be done within 14 days and if you have used 14 days worth of pills you will have to pay for them - some free trial!! Luckily I had not even started mine because my colleague felt unwell after taking them (could have been a coincidence) but it put me off! However, this may not stop them from taking money out of your account as I have discovered by reading other forums. I know it seems a bit drastic, but I called my bank and said I had lost my card, as when a new one is issued the long number will be differentas will the three digit security code. This was the only thing I could think of to ensure no money was taken. My colleague did not do this and has had £75 taken from her account!
