My experience with Choice Strategic Solutions (CSS) is similar to the other complaints on this site. I received a phone call on June 26, 2012 from someone representing Choice Strategic Solutions. I was told that I could earn money from them by becoming one of their agents that gets clients to choose their company as a merchant account provider. There was an initial charge of $295 which was refundable if I did not earn $1000 after my first 30 days. Later I was contacted by another company calling themselves Pro Marketing Solutions that would get me 600 leads for $5 a lead ($3000) to help get my business off to a fast start. As with the other complaints on this site, I had difficulty getting in touch with either CSS or Pro Marketing Solutions at the numbers that they provided.
I suggest that anybody that has had a similar experience with this company take the actions that I did. Call your credit card company and have them investigate the company (or companies if you also spent money with Pro Marketing Solutions) and suspend the payment until the investigation is complete. Also, make sure that your credit card company blocks any future charges from these companies. Call the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or visit their site and submit a complaint. If you have submitted a W9 form with your social number, you will want to call Equifax or visit their website and submit a request to watch for suspicious activity concerning your credit (and visit www.ftc.gov/idtheft).

Have you ever asked yourself…’What was I thinking???’ If you are dealing with or have dealt with Choice Strategic Solutions, then you’re asking yourself that right now. They are the worse!!
I received a call from a Choice business specialist informing me of a business opportunity using merchant accounts. I would be able to work from home and receive a percentage when someone used my machine. Easy money, right?? Not exactly…seeing how I have not received one dime from them.
It’s been several months and I have yet to make any money or receive the services that Choice Strategic Solutions has promised me. I have invested too much of my money ($12,500) and only God knows how much of my time, to not be able to even break even!! I just don’t understand how companies can do business like this and have such a lack of morals and conscience. How can they sleep at night?
I have tried to contact CSS to get a refund but I keep getting the run around. I’m either getting a recording saying that the mailbox is full or just no one at all. I have contacted the FTC and the Attorney General to report them. If anyone else knows who else I can report them to as well, PLEASE let me know. I’m willing to speak to whomever I need to, to have them put out of business. I’ve also contacted a law firm who is helping me get my money back. So far so good. Gregory Stanton (678.828.2596) is great!! He explained to me all my rights as a consumer and seeing how CSS never provided the services I paid for I’m entitled to get my refunded. I did not have to pay anything upfront for Mr. Stanton’s assistance.
Besides this, I just really want CSS to get what they deserve. They are no good and they should NOT be allowed to profit with such dirty business practices. They need to be put out of business. I want to be a part of any class action suit against them if possible as well. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!
