We purchased a 2002 silver Audi for our son for graduating from college. We paid cash for it and after the expiration date on the dealer tag was expiring (and got a second extension tag from the tag office), gave them a call to see why we had not received the title.After looking into the mater, the manager stated there was a problem with the title but they would rectify it.This matter is still ongoing and we are at the point where we want a full refund and to not deal with them any further.It makes absolutely no sense to own a car that just sits in the yard because we cannot register it. Please help.
